• Windows' software to create catalogs and CGI
  The catalogs and CGIs are created on your local PC by a Windows' software that runs under any version of Windows. Once the catalogs and CGIs are generated, they can be uploaded to the web server either by your own FTP program or by the inbuilt FTP module within the Shopping Cart software.

• Web interfaces
  To work on the web as your online store, the catalogs and CGI do not require any other installation on the server or on your PC. In order to let your customers check the order status, and you to update and post such order status, there are web-based interfaces. These are invoked by a single click on the order number within the order email that you receive, or within the invoice sent to the customer.
  

• Free technical support for 60 days
  We give free email and phone support to solve technical problems, if any, encountered. Generally, by letting the software automatically setup the CGI and templates, such technical issues do not occur. 
  

• Free installation of CGI, if required
  In the unlikely event that neither the program automatically nor by your manual attempts the CGI does not function properly on the server, we will check and install the CGI and a test catalog on your server. You will, obviously, have to give us FTP access to the server to perform this.
  

• CGI hosting on our secure server, at a cost, if required.
  If for any reason your web server provider does not allow the execution of CGIs on the server, you can choose to reside the CGI on our server. This not only alleviates all technical issues but will save you the cost of purchasing the secure server certificate for your own server. Depending on from where you purchase the secure server certificate, CGI hosting on our server can potentially save you money.
