entire system runs on your server. At no stage will there be a call to an

are several different formats in which to create the shopping cart catalogs. The
choice depends on the type and number of products, whether there are images,
long or short descriptions, selectable options, or frequently changing prices. Editable
templates to create the catalogs as well as the CGI-generated dynamic pages.
This means your site's looks and feel can be maintained throughout. Can use any
language on these template pages. (see e.g. Japanese) Tax,
shipping and discounts can be defined easily and can be changed as often as you
want - by editing a simple text file. Orders
are emailed and/or stored encrypted. Built-in protection - to be activated if
required - against loss of order email due to false labeling by any anti-Spam

Using your products list and a template file, both of which are editable
with other programs, this Ecommerce shopping cart software generates catalogs in up to 10 different formats. It
also creates a CGI - a Perl script that runs the catalogs on the web.

How are the orders sent to the vendor?
Orders are emailed to your designated address and/or stored on the server
(encrypted) for viewing via a secure server connection.

How are the
payments processed?
You can specify any number of different payment methods. To process
credit cards offline it will send the card details in the order. Alternatively,
you can choose to charge the credit card in real time by using one of many
supported payment gateways. Or, if accepting only check payments, it can be specified.

Is any programming experience necessary?
A very little, if any, programming knowledge in any language is needed to create the catalogs
and CGI. Familiarity with editing web pages (HTML) will be an advantage.

language-configurable?
Yes. All the generated pages use template HTML files which can be edited in
any language. Similarly, the invoice sent to the customer is also an editable
HTML file.

a new feature not easy for you to build into, we offer custom programming

Froogle search engine compliance
Froogle - the commerce search engine of
Google - requires that the catalogs should have the price and a direct link to
buy. These are inserted in the catalog as default. In addition, there is a
separate Froogle module within the program that will generate a Froogle data
