WHY SHOULD YOU LET US MANAGE YOUR SITE?

It may seem odd to let someone else manage your site, while "you can do it all by yourself!" 

Well, maintaining an effective and productive website is not a part-time job. It needs full and regular monitoring to make sure that all links, pages, images and CGIs are working properly and your pages are maintaining their position in search engines - if not improving over time!

To ensure the above you can do three things:

1. Allocate certain amount of your time to the task. 
   This is the most expensive option

   • Your time spent on attending to other aspects of your business will give a better return.

   • Your expertise in web design, CGI and search engine optimizations is never going to be the best in the world (no offense!).
     

2. Employ a regular webmaster
   This is the second most expensive option

   • A regular webmaster will cost a certain minimum amount every week/month whether or not that person can handle all aspects of maintaining and monitoring the site.

   • A webmaster is generally not proficient in CGI programming to handle changes or to determine a problem.

   • Probably not proficient in search engine optimizations.
     

3. Entrust us to be your "webmaster" 
   This is the least expensive option

   • We assign not one person, but a team who is experienced in all aspects of website maintenance - from HTML and graphic design to CGI programming and search engine optimizations.

   • Your pages are continually monitored for top performance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

First of all, let us make it clear that we DO NOT build your site as part of this service. If you require such a service, please see our Web Designing Service

What we do is take over from you the control and maintenance of an already built site. 

Minor changes to the pages, images, CGIs, etc. will be done but not major re-designing.

We will setup monitoring programs to determine problems, traffic to the site, statistics, etc. to be delivered to the person(s) in charge of your site. If any anomaly is noted it will be immediately corrected or notified to you for approval before correction.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Surprisingly lower than what you would imagine. 

For most business sites, having less than 150 pages, the cost is a flat US$495 per month - reducing if paid quarterly or longer term.

For larger corporate sites, we will assess the magnitude of the site and our commitment before agreeing upon a price.
