  5. Let's make this simple, Web Genie products are the best produced and I would highly recommend them to anyone, as I do on my site. They are very receptive to customer comments as far as improvements in the software go. And as far as technical support, does the owner of the company going to my web site to trouble shoot the shopping cart mean anything? Yes it does, he had to rewrite a line of code in the cgi in order to get the program working the way I wanted it to, and probably spent 2-5 hours doing so. I cannot say enough positive things about Web Genie, they are fantastic.Ask me!

Orders are processed quickly and accurately with 100% accuracy every time! WebGenie's Shopping Carts are easily understood by, and orders are readily processed by all customers. I find this remarkable, since many customers lack any appreciable internet familiarity. Additionally, I myself have experienced difficulty with other, much larger corporations' shopping carts at large, commercial e-commerce malls! You offer a flexible, user friendly interface that performs perfectly every single time!

    I also wish to commend your Technical Help & Support Department. I, being fairly inexperienced at maintaining a website positioned at a distant server, had some difficulty satisfying the inter-operability requirements between the program and my own unique server's design. Although I hadn't even yet purchased the product, your personnel quickly offered to access my server for me and remedy the problem. This told me two things: (1) I could certainly depend upon excellent customer service with WebGenie if I invested in your shopping cart, and (2) your personnel must believe in your product, as evidenced by their great desire to get my own system operating so as to experience WebGenie in action! This meant to me that they knew the product would sell itself!
